Our restaurant partners are independently responsible for the preparation, quality, and safety of the food they offer through the Platform. They are also responsible for adhering to all applicable food safety, health, and local business regulations.

All prices displayed on the Platform are determined by the restaurant partners. Payments for orders are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. You agree to pay all charges incurred for orders placed through your account, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.

For information regarding order cancellations and refunds, please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are permitted.

The Platform, including all its content, features, and functionality such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Yumzy Communities and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

Yumzy Communities provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. To request a refund, please contact us immediately. All refund requests for quality or order accuracy issues must be submitted within 30 minutes of your order delivery time. Include your order ID and a clear description of the issue. You can initiate a request directly through the Yumzy Communities app or by emailing our support team at support@yumzy.in. Please provide your order number and clear details about the issue, including photos if applicable.

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it promptly. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider. In some cases, we may offer a credit to your Yumzy Communities account for future orders.

Please note that refunds or credits will generally not be issued for:

• Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the order after it has been prepared or dispatched.
• Delivery Delays: Delays caused by factors outside our control, such as severe traffic, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen restaurant operational issues.
• Incorrect Address: If the delivery address provided was incorrect or inaccessible.
